POSITION SUMMARY

Stop Work is Aetna Finance Transformation's continuous improvement program. The Stop Work Lead will be a fully-dedicated resource supporting the day-to-day activities of the program. This position will assist with the overall governance, maintenance and implementation of an effective continuous improvement program within the Finance Organization.

Fundamental Components:

Be the liaison between Aetnas Achieving Business Excellence (ABX) team and the Finance Stop Work team.

Develop standardized reporting, analytics and communications surrounding the program

Manages planning, coordination and cadence of program management activities such as awards, management reports and communications

Provide day-to-day management of the program by taking strategic guidance from program leadership

Facilitate the rollout of Stop Work beyond the Finance organization

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Microsoft Office proficient

Strong analytical mindset

Ability to work independently

Ability to set priorities and manage workload

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
