Position Summary:

Consumer Health & Services Marketing Group is seeing a strategic Large Account Marketing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for National Accounts overall marketing strategy, campaign management and the optimization and cohesive integration of enterprise marketing solutions, resources and initiatives. This role provides strategic expertise related to the large account business segment leading the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans to drive new business sales, customer retention and growth. The Director brings leadership in developing impactful, measurable marketing initiatives including brand/product consideration, competitive differentiation and loyalty value creation.

Fundamental Components:

Accountable for the design of National Accounts Marketing strategy

Responsible for the coordination of the strategy execution through cross collaboration with the Marketing centers of excellence

Collaborates with Brand team, marketing leads and segment stakeholders to drive consistent and integrated external messaging across all marketing efforts.

Partners and builds relationships with local and field marketing teams to identify and develop marketing opportunities to influence top growth markets.

Executes integrated and personalized data-driven campaigns that deepen market presence.

Aggregates national large account competitor insights, white-space opportunities and health marketing priorities as input to Marketing Strategy.

Responsible for leading the multi-channel/omni-channel marketing communications collaborating with the marketing centers of excellence

An active thought leader designing and influencing marketing materials to educate on Enterprise wide healthcare initiatives

Leverages a holistic view of target employer segments/verticals, geographic markets and workforce/consumer profiles to influence the customization of national campaigns as relevant.

Consults with senior leadership through influence with data intelligence and best practice experiences to ensure smart use of marketing dollars to get the best value

Background/Experience:

10+ years of experience, 3-7+ years of experience as SME.

Strong strategic, critical thinking and conceptual abilities; ability to lead units strategic planning discussions.

Ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent; MBA or related masters degree preferred.
