This position is for an individual who will be a member of the relatively newly formed claim repricing team supporting LRB and Public and Labor customers.

Fundamental Components:

This position is for an individual who will be a member of the claim repricing team, with technical and communication skills of key importance. No experience in claim repricings is required. Demonstrated technical expertise, including business experience with Excel (and ideally with Access as well), are required for this role. With internal customer interaction relatively frequent for a person in this position, ability and willingness to work with our partners will also be important.


Demonstrated technical expertise, including business experience with Excel, and ideally with Access as well. Demonstrated analytical and independent thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally previous experience in underwriting pricing methodologies and funding arrangements. Ideally knowledge of rating, underwriting concepts, finance and/or accounting.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Functional - Underwriting/New business - group medical/1-3 Years

Functional - Underwriting/Renewal - group medical/1-3 Years


Technical - Microsoft Excel/1-3 Years/Intermediate User

Telework Specifications:

Option for telework will be evaluated after a certain period of employment


This position is for a replacement for a member of a team that was recently formed from a combination of two existing ones, allowing individuals to help shape and contribute to the direction of this group from relatively early in its development. In addition to repricing responsibilities, this individual may also have additional roles over time, involving financial and analytical responsibilities.
