Oversees multiple, interdependent business-sponsored IT projects that span one or more business units. Responsible for the success of the project(s).


Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management• Strong understanding of Performance Testing and Engineering principles• Experience in leading an Performance CoE team preferred• Knowledge on resilience engineering and static testing• Accountable for Non-Functional Requirements acceptance• Provide thought leadership for adopting PE best practices and tools• Transform to a resilience engineering organization in the long run• Accountable for identifying critical performance issues during the development phase• Perform dynamic code profiling for application optimization• Performance mobile app profiling and network analysis• Provide recommendations to optimize code• Performance test result and monitoring analysis (for early & release PT)• Analyze using APM tools and production logs for finding the root cause of production issues


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
