Join a dynamic team that works with cutting-edge technology to manage the risk of emerging threats. This position is within Aetna Global Security Adaptive Enablement (AE) program, which focuses on using technology to institute friction to influence risky behaviors. This individual will specifically lead and implement the technical roadmap for the AE program, including managing and applying technical policies to ensure data is properly secured. The ideal candidate will have proven success leading technology implementations and be able to demonstrate innovative use of technology.
Apply thorough knowledge of Aetna Global Security and industry wide policies, standards and best practices to ensure security and risk management objectives are met
Technical management of Aetna Data Loss Prevention technology suite
Identify and champion enhancements to existing data loss prevention policies and controls
Serve as the technical lead for the team for future technology integration and advancements
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with internal customers
Ability to drive change
Work with and mentor other employees on the using the proper data security controls
Effective communicator and collaborator
5-7 years of Information Security experience
CISSP or similar certification is a plus
Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention technologyInfrastructure experience is a plus
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
