This position will support Aetna National Account Businesses continuous improvement processand cultural transformation throughout the National Account segment as well as Aetna business partners to efficiently deliver on customer commitments.
Work with National Accounts leadership to establish strategy and operational plans to improve delivery of customer value and enhance efficiency and productivity within National Account teams and across affiliated partners. Build proficiency within National Account segment to apply LEAN principles to elevate sustained performance. Drives and guides development of holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and independently influences business leader(s) including the most senior level to act or change behaviors through complex negotiations and/or expert consultation that promote issue resolution. Communicates compelling and concise results to empower business owner and decision making process regarding project opportunities. Fully integrates baseline and metrics tracking into initiative planning and execution for optimal results. Shares joint accountability for initiatives return on investment. Strives or guides engagement using a disciplined repeatable methodology. Provides oversight to or drives initiative planning as required. Designs and facilitates workshops. Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials.
Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes. Proven track record managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost savings. Project management experience. Six Sigma and LEAN certification; Black Belt is strongly recommended.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.

This position has responsibility to organize and drive critical National Account initiatives supporting a culture of performance excellence, innovative service differentiation and compliance vigilance. Initiatives are multi-faceted, diverse and typically engage affiliated business partners and teams within National Accounts and across the Enterprise. It is a fast-paced work environment which requires excellent organizational and project management skills as well as knowledge of commercial insurance segment. Success in this position requires a collaborative mind-set, critical thinking and engaging interpersonal skills to build partnerships and support identified business results.
