Aetna Claims EDI Business Analyst in Franklin, Tennessee

POSITION SUMMARY

Will perform Technical Business Analyst activities to include User Liaison, Technical and Functional Requirements Management from elicitation through Implementation, and Medicare Supplement Claims EDI support.

Will work with team of Users, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Solution Teams and Outside Vendors to deliver projects and production support.

Fundamental Components:

Provide Business Analyst support to include User Liaison, Technical and Functional Requirements/Defect Management from elicitation through Implementation.

Provide Medicare Supplement EDI Claims technical and business support to include communications and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

3+ years of EDI interpretation, analysis and manipulation experience.

2+ years of Business Analyst experience.

Excellent problem solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
