Aetna Implementation Manager in Federal Way, Washington

POSITION SUMMARY

Open to candidates in CO, UT, CA or WA.

Work at Home only for existing work at home.

Manages and coordinates benefit plan installation activity for new and renewing customers. Serves as the project lead from pre-sale consultation through final implementation deliverables.

Fundamental Components:

*Acts as single point of contact for benefit plan implementation *Medicates and coordinates resolution of all project deliverables and implementation related issues *Develops and executes implementation strategy consistent with customer expectations and ensures strategy is implemented in accordance with customer guarantee arrangements *Effectively manages implementation team dynamics and provides direction/coaching to fellow team members *Evaluates impact of customer requested exceptions and develops reasonable alternatives to satisfy customer needs while minimizing adverse impact on Aetna's systems and operations *Collaborates on review, analysis and development of account structure recommendations based upon customer objectives, and Aetna's systems, administration and reporting requirements.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Healthcare industry experience preferred. Knowledge of Aetna's spectrum of products, services and system capabilities. Project management and leadership experience.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
