Aetna Senior Account Manager in Denver, Colorado

This client-facing position develops service strategy to ensure renewal and growth of business and retention of members for assigned accounts using First Health/Cofinity products and services.

Fundamental Components:

Achieves individual cross sell, growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels.

Creates collaborative partnerships with sales to develop a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the customers financial and operational objectives while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable growth for First Health/Cofinity.

Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems.

Develops and manages customer service plans in the most proactive and strategic manner possible.

Demonstrate creativity in presenting the value of products and services to customers.

Can proactively identify potential service issues and their root cause, and take steps to both resolve the issue and recommend process improvements.

May leads and mentor account managers to resolve simple and complex issues and develop solutions proactively.

Educates customer on First Health/Cofinity specific policies, product information, and procedures as well as industry issues and related current topics.


5-10+ years sales and/or account management experience.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
