This part time role will provide critical support our new sales team as well as our existing business team and customers. We are looking for a high energy, motived individual who can quickly assess and understand problems, actively research options for resolution and execute activities fully. This right candidate must be able to work independently while functioning well within a team environment.
As a member of our fun and fast paced sales team, you will:
Help support our team by serving as an additional contact for our existing customers to resolve routine and moderately complex issues
Provide Administrative support for the team
Act as office contact for other administrative functions
Provide back-up support to a full time Sales Support Consultant
Interact with brokers and clients on a regular basis as required
1-3 years of customer service, such retail, hospitality, transaction-based environment, call center, required
Computer proficiency (Excel) required
Healthcare/Medical experience preferred
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
