Aetna Manager, Sales Support in Dallas, Texas

The position is an office-based position and can be located any of the following Aetna offices: Sugar Land, Austin, San Antonio, or Dallas TX.
This manager will be responsible for the recruiting, training, and ongoing development of the customer onsite positions called customer support consultants. The primary objective of this position is to make sure this team is exceeding the service expectation of the customer.
The manager of sales support is responsible for a team of Aetna service people who sit onsite at a customer location. These service consultants are instrumental in resolving member issues while supporting the customer benefit team. This manager position is responsible for the recruitment and hiring, training, supervision, and ongoing development of this team. Creativity and strategy is desired to improve service, lower overall cost to the member/customer/Aetna and add a competitive value to the customer.
This position will report to the Market Head of Sales and Service on the Public and Labor team for Texas and Oklahoma.

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
