POSITION SUMMARY

The Candidate will be responsible for sending letters and materials to members for Care Management Dept.

Fundamental Components:

  • Candidate will support CM staff by printing and preparing the letters to be mailed to the members.

  • The candidate will be mailing letters and materials to Members.

  • Candidate will check and verify the font and format matches the requirements of state.

  • Candidate will inform Care Management Dept. with returned mails and materials.

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

    1-3 years experience as a medical assistant, office assistant or other clinical experience is REQUIRED.

    1-3 years experience in MS Office Suite and office equipment such as fax, printer, etc is REQUIRED.

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

    LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

    Office Support/Medical Administrative Assistant is desired
