The Senior Business Consultant will strategically partner with our clients as they strive to use our solutions to bring value to their organizations. He or she is a team player that works well with direct team members, ancillary team members, and our clients. Ultimately, the Senior Business Consultant will develop strong client relationships with a goal of growing his or her assigned accounts.
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned accounts to handle client initiatives and issues in a timely fashion and ensure meeting all service level agreements. Serve as first line of response for client questions related to products and services. Responsibilities include maintaining the strategic health of the client.
Contribute to account growth by identifying revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
Work collaboratively and strategically with clients to solve complex business problems using data reporting and analytics solutions.
Responsible for on-going client relationship management and satisfaction.
Responsible for communicating HDMS product knowledge, relevant methodologies and product releases/updates to clients.
Oversee issue management for assigned accounts via engaging internal operational, product & IT teams to solve client issues and driving the process to resolution. Identify and organize enhancement requests made by clients and deliver the same to the product development team.
Draft statements of work or memorandums of understanding for all client project work. Ensure the detailed requirements are gathered, appropriate resources are assigned and a project plan is developed. Responsible for managing the projects to a timely implementation and delivery.
Stay informed about healthcare trends, issues and policy generally and with respect to clients and apply this knowledge to client strategy.
8+ years experience in complex, strategic account relationship management in the healthcare industry, specifically in healthcare analytics.
Understanding of healthcare claims data is preferred.
Experience with company-wide or cross-functional large-scale initiatives.
Background includes facilitating client meetings via phone and presenting to clients in person.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
