Assume responsibility for various data or DART administration related tasks that can described by a process and do not require developer skills.
DART user security administration.
Disk space management in all environments (development, QA, Testing, Production).
Managing DART metadata and user catalogs (but not code changes).
Install DART maintenance releases, patches.
Application shutdown, startup during IT maintenance.
Miscellaneous administrative work, for example gathering SOC II audit documentation.
Some after-hours work, occasional work schedule changes required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong organization and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and to set and achieve objectives.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Strong oral and written skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Customer support experience a plus.
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
