POSITION SUMMARY

Assume responsibility for various data or DART administration related tasks that can described by a process and do not require developer skills.

FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENTS

  • DART user security administration.

  • Disk space management in all environments (development, QA, Testing, Production).

  • Managing DART metadata and user catalogs (but not code changes).

  • Install DART maintenance releases, patches.

  • Application shutdown, startup during IT maintenance.

  • Miscellaneous administrative work, for example gathering SOC II audit documentation.

  • Some after-hours work, occasional work schedule changes required.

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE DESIRED

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Strong organization and detail-oriented skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and to set and achieve objectives.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Strong oral and written skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Customer support experience a plus.

    EDUCATION

    The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
