Aetna Customer Service Rep in Charleston, West Virginia

CSR will answer incoming inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility of Medicaid members. Must meet established metrics for call quality.

Fundamental Components:

Candidate will be required to answer health insurance-related questions and resolve inquiries from members and providers in an fast-paced call-center environment. Dependability, good communication and PC skills are required. Health insurance experience preferred.


Customer Service experience is REQUIRED.


Call Center Experience is a plus.

Health Insurance knowledge is a plus.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
