Focus is on member retention and senior community development.
Focus is member retention and senior community development. For example, this individual would conduct annual member meetings in the Spring as well as ANOC (Annual Notice of Change) meetings in the Fall. Today, these activities are conducted by Broker Managers and FSRs which detracts from their ability to bring in new sales. Reports to the MHOS.
Analyze the membership data to produce reporting and proposals to Broker Managers for retention activity.
Calibrate with the Broker Managers on priorities to mitigate lapses. '- Strategize and plan locations, topics and audience for member events.
Review all member experience presentations and materials.
Prepare and manage the delivery of all materials and giveaways for local events.
Serve as liaison to member experience committee.
Secure and manage corporate shared services supporting the local events.

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
