This is an onsite customer service position in State College, PA

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will reside in the clients office and support the benefits team as well as members via telephone and in person. This position will also act as a liaison with the internal team to provide superior customer service support to the customer.

Fundamental Components:

  • Onsite Customer Service Representative

  • Review Claims

  • Assist members with issues in person

  • Assist members telephonically

  • Assist benefit staff with communications, escalated concerns and presentations

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and strong ability to learn Aetna systems.

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

    Telework Specifications:

    This is not a home based position. This position will be located in State College Pennsylvania supporting new business that we obtained with The Pennsylvania State University. Position will be required to be in office (on site) everyday to support this client with several needs.
