We are currently seeking a Plan Sponsor Service Consultant to join our team. The PSSC will reconcile transaction errors generated from internal systems, make outbound calls to resolve enrollment eligibility and monitor submission responses received from the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The Plan Sponsor Service Consultant (PSC) must have the ability to multi-task, retain and apply acquired knowledge throughout the review processes. Investigate enrollment discrepancies, correctly resubmit transactions, and create review packages as needed. Participate on team, regional, or company-wide projects as assigned. The ability to build and maintain relationships with other departments is highly desired. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Access skills are a plus. Must be available to work hours between 7AM 7PM EST Monday through Saturday. Overtime may be required during peak business times or as business dictates.

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
