POSITION SUMMARY

The Joint Venture Business Program Project Manager will support the implementation and maintenance of the Joint Venture infrastructure along with collaboratively identifying the Joint Venture differentiation strategy

Fundamental Components:

Supports technology initiatives and operating process requirements within existing and developing Joint Venture infrastructure

Develops Joint Venture business requirements and manages delivery

Operationalizes deal terms and delivers required capabilities for new Joint Ventures

Operationalizes branding across all constituent touch points

Supports Joint Venture specific websites and coordinates digital asset capabilities

Acts as a SME for Aetna initiatives impacting Joint Ventures and the operating environment

Develops and operationalizes technology roadmap for joint ventures (Requirements, Budget, Delivery)

Acts as a liaison with AIS, Consumer Business, Medicare and Institutional

Supports development of the JV differentiation value proposition

Collaborates with stakeholders internally and externally to develop and manage to an optimal constituent experience (Producers, Employers, Members and Providers)

Works with stakeholders on defining the Clinical Transformation strategy

Assists is the development of an integrated Payer/Provider strategy

Provides support for JV management process, including presentation development, workgroup meeting facilitation, financial analysis and reporting and governance process.

Develops business case / ROI for new initiatives

Creates documentation, project artifacts and supports report outs. This includes workflows, project plans, issues/risks logs, and dashboards

Tracks progress and communicates project(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties

Facilitates internal management process

Manages the creation of executive and steering committee presentations

Actively reports and resolves issues; removes barriers

Provides accurate, timely and insightful analysis in response to ad hoc requests

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

3-5 yrs related work experience

Previous implementation or project management experience preferred

Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources

Proven communication skills, both written and verbal

Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables

Ability to work collaboratively within work teams and build strong relationships

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
